In 25 years of nutrition counseling, I have worked with clients with eating disorders, emotional eating, weight loss and management, diabetes, high cholesterol and blood pressure. I also have experience in many GI (gastrointestinal) conditions such as IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome), IBD (Inflammatory bowel disorder), gastroparesis and functional GI disorders.
I have had extensive experience working in primary care settings and in a gastrointestinal department of a major hospital. I am also a licensed psychotherapist and do integrative nutrition and supplement recommendations for mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and intense emotions. I also do family nutrition counseling.
