With so much nutrition information out there, it can be difficult to find the perfect plan. As a Registered Dietitian, my goal is to give research based answers to my clients and form a plan that works for their lifestyle to improve eating habits and disease states.
After my cancer diagnosis at 15, I knew I wanted to help people prevent and improve diseases. The online searching I did for myself during that time, resulted in all kinds of unhelpful, unhealthy information. After years of school, study, and practice, it's my goal to give people accurate information that is personalized and effective for them.
