I specialize in disordered eating nutrition counseling. Is restriction your go-to coping skill? Maybe you feel like you have lost control of food. Or maybe you just don't trust yourself around food. I can help you improve your relationship with food so that you promote both emotional & physical wellbeing. I will support you as you learn to trust food and your body.
My approach is intuitive eating, body neutrality, and autonomy focused. All bodies welcome. I work with clients with disordered eating behaviors (including all eating disorders and ARFID). I also have significant background in clinical nutrition (including bariatrics, metabolic health, GI, etc) and love using intuitive eating to manage metabolic conditions.
I offer a free 10 min discovery call to see if us working together would help you achieve your goals at this time. Book online at www.iroznutrition.com I am licensed to practice in the following states: WA, OR, CA, ID, WY, UT, CO, TX, OK, WI, IN, WV, VA, PA, NY, VT, NH, MA, CT, AK, HI, AL
