I hold a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Health Promotion from Simmons University, along with a Certificate of Training in Diabetes from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and am proficient in a wide range of concepts related to nutrition, including intuitive eating principles, Health at Every Size (HAES), health promotion strategies, and MNT.
