I am an involved teacher, coach, and cheerleader for each of my clients in their kidney health journey. I help clients from everything from implementing a plant-based diet for CKD to a low oxalate, kidney-friendly ketogenic nutrition therapy for PKD. I also help people with autoimmune CKD heal their gut to reduce inflammation and support kidney health.
My expertise and holistic approach to the renal diet is unique. My knowledge, experience, and encouraging, warm approach helps my clients reach their goals. My clients receive a customized nutrition plan whether they are working to overcome an autoimmune condition such as Lupus or IgA Nephropathy or have a new diagnosis of chronic kidney disease.
