I’m a pediatric dietitian nutritionist with over 13 years of experience, and I help families find solutions that result in positive experiences around food.
I believe all foods have a place. Foods nourish not only the body, but also the mind and the spirit. I take a non-diet approach and focus more on intuitive eating and building a healthy relationship with food. I not only have many years of experience working with families, but I am also a mom of two young boys.
I currently provide virtual appointments, and I will work with you on your families’ specific nutrition goals. You may already know what to do, but family dynamics are hard and kids have minds of their own. I am here to support and guide you, but also do it with positivity and empowerment.
