About
We are a team of anti-diet dietitians supporting adults and teens to eat intuitively and improve their relationship with food. Let us, partner, with you to be your nutrition guide, so you can find the solutions that result in positive experiences around food and nourishing your family. We are Registered Dietitians currently working with families virtually and hope to get back to seeing clients at our Portland, Vancouver, and soon to open Bend office soon.
Together we have over 45 years of experience in nutrition. Katharine and Sarah specialize in pediatric nutrition, picky eaters, and teen eating disorders. Kayci Sterzer specializes in eating disorder recovery for teens and adults, intuitive eating, and PCOS. Andrea supports adult eating disorder recovery and families with picky eaters.
Nutrition counseling for eating disorders, weight concerns, failure to thrive, sports nutrition, hyperlipidemia, picky eaters, special diets (vegan/vegetarian), infant nutrition, food sensitivity testing and meal planning using the MRT (Mediator Release Test) and LEAP. We can work with you virtually, or at our Portland or Vancouver offices.
