I work primarily with adolescents and young adults to achieve a healthy relationship with food, body, and exercise, but take all humans of all ages who are ready to work through disordered eating patterns. I include families in my treatment, as needed, to ensure adequate supports for everyone. Treating an eating disorder works best with a team- I work with parents, therapists, medical providers, and any other professionals to help my clients recover.
I work with all eating disorders (Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, ARFID, Binge Eating Disorder, Orthorexia, OSFED), I also work with people with subclinical eating disorders. If your relationship with food or your body isn't working, we'd be a great fit.
