Do you struggle with disordered eating or body image issues? Are you looking for nutrition counseling from a non-diet, body inclusive perspective? My name is Lauren Costello and I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who helps to treat disordered eating and heal food and body relationships with medical nutrition therapy. Conditions I help to treat include: Anorexia nervosa, Bulimia nervosa, Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder, Binge eating disorder, Compulsive eating, Chronic dieting, Irritable bowel syndrome & Irritable bowel diseases and Celiac Disease.

My specialty and passion are the treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating. I am an anti-diet dietitian looking to empower patients through nutrition. I established Embark Nutrition Counseling with this mission at heart and the goal to provide my clients with quality coordinated care whenever possible for optimal support in their recovery process.
