I work with adults, and their families to prevent future heart attacks and strokes using science based nutrition. I work with individuals who have had a previous heart attack, bypass surgery, or you have increased risk. I also see individuals with various heart conditions such as atrial fibrillation (Afib), heart failure, cardiomyopathy, increased CAC score, familial hypercholesterolemia, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
