Hi! My name is Mikaela, I’m a board certified and licensed Registered Dietitian. My mission is to help guide you to live a more healthy, enjoyable life through small, sustainable, nutrition and lifestyle changes WITHOUT sacrificing your relationship with food or your body. I graduated from Grand Valley State University in Michigan with a Bachelors in Allied Health Science and followed my passion for nutrition by receiving my Master’s in Clinical Dietetics from my alma mater. I have since been practicing as an Inpatient Clinical Dietitian in Chicago.
I understand what it's like to feel like your body is working against you as I have personally struggled with my own health barriers (PCOS, acne, anxiety, disordered eating) which is what initially drove me to study nutrition.
