I have good success with people who are gluten sensitive or experiencing auto-immune issues. I enjoy helping clients who own personal responsibility for their bodies and well being, are not enamored of the idea of medication dependency and who have not been well-helped in the past by traditional medical approaches.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Board Certified Specialist in Renal Nutrition with 8+ years of experience. Kidney Diseases are my specialty. I understand that as a newly diagnosed patient, you are very overwhelmed, you probably have joined Facebook groups and spent hours researching your new diagnosis, and what you can or cannot eat, and yet feel so overwhelmed with all the information and trying to put the pieces of the puzzle together. Kidney diseases are very complex. For this reason, I am here for you. I am here to help you navigate this disease with confidence!

As an Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian at Integrated Care Clinic, I enjoy working with clients experiencing symptoms which may include any of the following: restricting, binging, purging, excessive exercise, calorie counting, obsessive food behaviors, night eating, picky eating, etc. I will work with you or your loved one to repair their relationship with food, movement, and body. We will work on disordered eating patterns that prevent you from feeling safe and comfortable around food - eventually leading to recovery from symptoms and an increase variety and freedom.
