About
My ideal client is ready to change and has a positive expectancy of becoming healthy. They may be challenged with high blood sugar, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, digestive issues, fatigue, or choosing a healthy pregnancy or simply weight management for a positive life event such as a wedding. I have good success with people who are gluten sensitive or experiencing auto-immune issues. I enjoy helping clients who own personal responsibility for their bodies and well being, are not enamored of the idea of medication dependency and who have not been well-helped in the past by traditional medical approaches.
My clients enjoy eating healthful food and learn to do so mindfully. They become experts at managing both their internal and external environments. They understand that food is more than just nourishment, nutrients also send signals to different parts of the body and those signals can be manipulated for optimum health and well-being.
My training is based on "when the cells are healthy, the person is healthy", so we look to understand the underlying cause of the issue and then restore cellular well being. To accomplish this, we employ the tools of education, empowerment, nutritional support, healthy food, pure water, supplements, exercise, breathing, sleeping, and positive language.
