I help adults, young adults and parents create attuned food and body relationships. My clinical specialties are ADHD/ASD - including PDA, eating disorders - all types, including ARFID, pediatric nutrition, food allergies, IBD - Crohn's & Colitis, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, POTS, MCAS, PCOS, & Diabetes. In nutrition therapy, we explore about any topic related to food, eating and body image either weekly or twice monthly depending on availability and medical necessity.
My approach is Intuitive, Non-Diet, Health at Every Size, Gender Affirming, Social Justice Minded, Neurodivergent & Sensory Aware and is Trauma-Informed. I have training in and have performed training for other providers on these topics. Please note: I do NOT do weight loss.
The need is great for experienced eating disorder dietitians and feeding support for parents with autistic-PDA and ARFID kiddos. I offer small parent groups twice a year to help meet this need. Next group starts January 2025. Learn more on my website.
