In my virtual practice, I specialize in 1:1 health coaching focused on optimizing gut & hormonal health by partnering with my clients to build a healthy mindset, manage stress, and build a nutrition foundation that is realistic without quick-fix dieting. I partner with my clients to set realistic goals promoting quality of life and personal choice. As a client, we will take a root cause approach to your symptoms and develop personalized dietary, lifestyle, and targeted supplement support to get you feeling nourished emotionally and physically. Majority of my experience has been at the inpatient level of care, most recently serving as the Supervisor of Dietitians and Inpatient Eating Disorder Program at a behavioral health hospital. I have also worked in transitional living, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient nutrition counseling. As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), I work throughout the spectrum of eating disorders with all aged individuals.

Jess is passionate Registered Dietitian who strives to help individuals foster a positive relationship with food that incorporates intuitive eating, listening to your body’s hunger/fullness cues, and learning flexible eating habits to support overall nutrition. Nicholas is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who graduated with a B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science with a concentration in Dietetics and completed dietetic training with a focus on disease management and health promotion at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2018. Nicholas has also completed training in the FODMAP diet for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) through Monash University. Nicholas knows firsthand the devastating impact chronic diseases have on someone's life, and it is what drives him in his career as a dietitian.

Hi there! I'm Emmy Bright, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor with a weight-neutral and non-diet approach to nutrition & health.
