I specialize in therapy for gastrointestinal conditions as well as a variety of different chronic health concerns. I also counsel in Intuitive Eating for disordered eating. Whether you want to take control of your digestive issues, start a nutrition plan for a chronic health concern, improve energy, or improve your relationship with food, I offer real-life approaches that always keep you at the forefront.
