I work with people who are dealing with autoimmune conditions or mental health concerns. You may have both of these conditions concurrently. Often, the triggers for mental health concerns are often the same triggers that bring on autoimmune illnesses. In both situations, you may be dealing with brain fog, digestive issues, or vague pain. I also have received training and worked with individuals dealing with eating disorders, along with offering nutrition assistance in cases of autism and ADHD.
Having an autoimmune disease myself, I have dealt with the frustration of learning a new way of eating. I can help you with planning, prep, and grocery shopping trips. I am also an herbalist, so I can make tinctures and herbal products specific to your needs.
I want to meet you where you are at. I believe people are generally doing the best they can with the information that they have.
