I work with people who are dealing with autoimmune conditions or those who suspect they may have an autoimmune disease. You may be dealing with brain fog, digestive issues, or vague pain. I also can help with disordered eating behaviors, as well as offering nutrition assistance for neurodivergent folks.
Having an autoimmune disease myself, I have dealt with the frustration of learning a new way of eating. I can help you with planning, prep, and grocery shopping trips. I am also an herbalist, so I can make tinctures and herbal products specific to your needs.
