I look at the "whole" person and all the reasons we struggle with taking the right steps towards better health. Our work together will be about long term lifestyle changes rather than the quick fix diet mentality. We will design a plan unique to you , incorporating nutrition, exercise and stress management strategies. Together we can get you on a path to more optimal and balanced health and a life you love!
I received my Masters Degree in Psychology & Counseling from the University of Santa Monica. Certified by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC in 2004, in Health Coaching. Food as Medicine Conference faculty 2006-2008. Advanced training in Mind-Body-Skills. First Line Therapy Certified with Metagenics.
