The more we can uncouple our worth from the food we eat or the body we are in, the more we can authentically and beautifully live our lives - something that feels so far off when you're in the midst of an eating disorder. I specialize in the treatment of anorexia, orthorexia, and bulimia with co-occuring anxiety, trauma, OCD, perfectionism and compulsive exercise. I provide nutrition counseling that empowers you to experience all that you are meant to be & meant to eat apart from your disordered eating.
I provide more than just meal plans to help you over come your eating disorder. Building secure, trusting, and honestly straight up fun therapeutic relationships is my bread and butter. From there, we will utilize therapeutic modalities such DBT, RO-DBT, ERP, and ACT alongside nutrition education to solidify a strong & flexible relationship with food.
