Uhling Consulting is a group of Registered Dietitians (RDs) that offer medical nutrition therapy/nutrition counseling. We offer a private setting for one-on-one nutrition counseling. Our RDs implement evidence-based practice, along with professional judgment, in order to achieve optimum care and positive nutrition and health outcomes.

With over 10 years experience, I specialize in the areas of fertility, PCOS, prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric nutrition providing professional and personal expertise. I also help those with diabetes including gestational diabetes and can help keep your blood sugars manageable while still enjoying your your favorite foods. Together, we can transform your mealtime challenges into a nourishing, enjoyable experience for you & your family, while ensuring you feel fulfilled and less overwhelmed in your role as a nurturing parent.
