She also loves to help clients sift through all the nutrition information out there and be a personal diet myth buster. Asante is an avid gardener and plant enthusiast. From peppers in her garden she makes her own hot sauce to gift to family and friends. Food is a large part of Asante’s Jamaican culture and finds it to be a great way to connect with others.
