Hi! My name is Logan Smith. I'm a registered dietitian specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, GI disorders and overall wellness. I work specifically with clients who want to achieve food freedom, work on their relationship with food to improve their health, achieve wellness and ditch the diet mentality for good. With my nutrition counseling approach, I will help you ditch dieting for good AND help you improve your overall wellness. Hey there! My name is Christina Yangas. I'm a nationally registered dietitian with a masters degree in human nutrition from The University of Alabama. I first wanted to be a dietitian to help change the face of sports dietetics. I wanted to be one of the first females to help take a team to the Super Bowl, championship, Olympics – you name it. I saw the fun in optimizing performance of elite athletes. However, as I studied nutrition I learned more about how broken the health system is and how often misconceptions about diet and food are causing long term repercussions.

Kelly has been a dietitian since 2016. She completed her dietetic internship and masters of science in clinical nutrition at Rush University after graduating from Illinois State University. Kelly is an expert in counseling and educating patients who need medical nutrition therapy in either an inpatient or outpatient setting. Kelly specializes in renal disease, solid organ transplant, weight loss, diabetes and heart disease, including blood pressure and cholesterol management. Kelly also has experience working with the pediatric population, specifically pediatric weight loss, pediatric kidney disease, and pediatric weight management.

I am a registered dietitian with over fifteen years experience. I became a RD to help people live their healthiest lives. My varied nutrition background helps me bring a unique view to working with clients. I have worked in hospitals, schools, food pantries, and in agriculture. I am a mom of three young kids and our family loves to stay active. Whether it is swimming in the summer (we're just outside of Chicago!), skiing/snowboarding in the winter, or family walks around our neighborhood, we like to keep busy! In my free time, I love to practice pilates.

Hi! I am Rachael, a registered dietitian nutritionist with a focus on gastrointestinal health and sports nutrition as well as overall wellness. I have experience in a variety of healthcare settings including hospitals, long-term care, rehabilitation, outpatient counseling, and higher education. I have a BA in Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado and an MS in Applied Nutrition from the University of New England. Living with GI disorders is difficult and I want to help my patients get out of pain and feel healthy again. I have a certificate from Monash University in low FODMAP-Diet instruction, which is used in IBS.

I work with individuals from all gender identities using a Health at Every Size (HAES) and weight-inclusive approach to find a place of food freedom. My goal is to truly listen, support you through challenges (past or present), and encourage you on your journey to greater trust with food and your body.

Eric Meredith is a Registered Dietitian, Classically Trained Chef, and Certified Personal Trainer with over 10 years' experience working with a wide variety of clients including Type 1 and 2 diabetics, athletes, cancer survivors, individuals with digestive disorders, and those who are looking to better manage their weight. Eric graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Master of Education. He is also a Certified Health Education Specialist. Eric enjoys working one-on-one with clients to tailor their eating habits to support their individual health.

My name is Michel Harris and I have been a Registered Dietitian since 2000 and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist since 2010. I completed my undergraduate and graduate studies at Benedictine University before by internship at Hines VA Hospital. Some of my past work experiences have included long term care, foodservice management, private practice serving individuals with eating disorders, and inpatient positions in hospitals. My passion for teaching the future generation of nutrition professionals led me to start teaching in 2018.

As a former collegiate athlete, Abby is a registered dietitian passionate about the intersection of nutrition for sports performance and intuitive eating. She completed her bachelor's degree in dietetics at Olivet Nazarene University, her dietetic internship at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, and her master's degree in applied exercise science through Concordia University Chicago. Abby has experience working with youth, collegiate, and professional athletes as well as adult and adolescent eating disorder patients at multiple levels of care.

Agnes is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 10 years of experience. She received dual bachelor’s degrees in nutrition and psychology at University of Illinois at Chicago and received master’s degree in nutrition at University of Wisconsin. She is a certified specialist in pediatric critical care nutrition and currently working towards certified practitioner in integrative and functional nutrition. Agnes became a dietitian to help people improve their health and relationship with food. She will meet you wherever you are in your journey. She believes that all foods have a place in a well-balanced diet.

Spanning the age spectrum, from her founding her own practice as Youth Sports Dietitian LLC to her 19 years in geriatrics as a clinical dietitian, Emily is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist licensed in Illinois and Missouri and Certified Youth Nutrition Specialist. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Central Missouri State University, graduating as the chapter’s President of Kappa Omicron Nu Honors Fraternity. Her didactic practicum was completed at Jewish College of Nursing and Allied Health in association with Barnes Jewish Hospital and Washington University.

Jennifer is a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience in the field of nutrition. After earning her bachelor’s degree in dietetics from Ohio University, Jennifer completed an accredited dietetic internship and master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. When working with Jennifer, she will support you in accomplishing your health goals in a non-judgmental environment. Jennifer has enjoyed working in various healthcare settings providing medical nutrition therapy to adults with chronic diseases as well as ensuring pregnant women are meeting their nutrition requirements.

Gena is a registered dietitian specializing in working with adults with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, GI Disorders (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), PCOS, and Pre/Post Natal Care. Gena believes eating should always be an enjoyable experience and feels it's her passion to help people find that joy in balanced eating. She has seen and felt the positive impact that food can have on one's physical and mental well-being; and she is passionate about helping individuals build healthy and long-lasting habits that improve their quality of life, happiness, and longevity.
