I’m a licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) based in the DC Metropolitan area (DC/MD/VA). Having worked in several areas of practice (primary care, long term care, community nutrition, & critical care); I have a passion for connecting with people and talking about all things food and nutrition.

I help adults suffering from digestive problems inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), toxic burden exposure, and complex autoimmune conditions. I create individualized nutrition-based interventions to alleviate the stress and frustration around what to eat.
