Homeopathy Naturopaths in Burlington, VT
My ideal clients are people with chronic complex illnesses who feel unheard, stuck, or overwhelmed by the complexity of their symptoms. Many come to me after years of searching for answers. I think of myself as a medical detective, helping patients piece together the often-overlapping factors contributing to illness. My practice takes a whole-person approach, looking at the body as an interconnected system rather than isolated symptoms. Together, my team and I help patients create balanced, individualized plans aimed at reducing symptoms, restoring function, and helping them move toward greater health, vitality, and joy.

Homeopathy Naturopaths
What is homeopathy?
Homeopathy is an alternative form of medicine based on the premise that the body has the innate ability to heal itself and that various remedies, such as certain plant substances and minerals, can stimulate this healing. Homeopathy is frequently used to address various medical conditions, such as hormonal imbalances, chronic pain, allergies, migraines, and digestive issues. A key feature of homeopathy is the belief that medicinal intervention is often most effective, if necessary at all, in very low doses. This is referred to as the “law of minimum dose” and is why many homeopathic substances are significantly diluted or otherwise weakened prior to administration. While homeopathy has gained popularity for its holistic, individualized approach, it remains controversial in many medical and scientific communities. Research on its efficacy is limited, and many studies suggest that any perceived benefits may be due to the placebo effect rather than the remedies themselves.
