I am a naturopathic physician who works with people who have chronic complex disease. The whole person approach that is intrinsic to naturopathic medicine is ideal for managing the multifaceted presentations of chronic illness. I have a family practice which includes everyone from infants to elders, I am a member of ILADS, ISEAI, MAPS and continually work to educate myself. My goal is to help patients unravel their illness, and find a balanced and effective plan to minimize symptoms and restore health, vitality and joy.
My typical patient presents with a complicated picture that can encompass tick borne disease, mold illness, hypermobility, and genetic vulnerability; as a result they might have conditions like SIBO, POTS, MCAS, PANS, thyroid dysregulation, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, body pain and more. Many of my patients are also neurodivergent and/or are gender fluid.
I have 13 years experience working with chronic complex disease and neurodivergence. I came to this field because of my family members' experiences and needs, and stayed because I like solving puzzles and I find it very rewarding to help people find answers and finally start to get healthy again after years of illness. I guess you could say it's my calling
