Studying at BINM provided me with the opportunity to be exposed to a variety of specialty treatments, including the use of ozone, prolotherapy and IV therapies. In addition, I had the privilege of receiving formal medical training in oncology by Dr. Neil McKinney, one of the leading naturopathic doctors in naturopathic oncology. In 2012, I joined Synergy Natural Medicine Clinic in Monrovia, CA, to become a specialist in naturopathic oncology. In March, 2016, I redesigned a small clinic and we have been growing ever since!

I was born and raised in Auburn, California and am a 1996 graduate of Bastyr University, the leading naturopathic medical school in North America. Growing up with my dad as a local doctor inspired me to pursue medicine myself. Personal illness with questions left unanswered by western medicine led me in the direction of naturopathic medicine. I am passionate about helping people find their optimal health. I fill up my free time with my husband and 2 beautiful daughters. Together we enjoy rock-climbing, horse back riding, surfing, gardening and just being together.
