I was born and raised in Auburn, California and am a 1996 graduate of Bastyr University, the leading naturopathic medical school in North America. Growing up with my dad as a local doctor inspired me to pursue medicine myself. Personal illness with questions left unanswered by western medicine led me in the direction of naturopathic medicine. I am passionate about helping people find their optimal health. I fill up my free time with my husband and 2 beautiful daughters. Together we enjoy rock-climbing, horse back riding, surfing, gardening and just being together.
I believe that the body, mind and spirit wants to heal and this inspires me to listen deeper to each person's body, mind and spirit to find the true path to each individuals needs.
My practice focuses mostly on men and women's hormone health and balancing, thyroid function, gut health, detoxification, pain, fatigue, anxiety, depression, and insomnia and much more.
