You don’t feel like yourself anymore. Even though your labs are “normal.” You’re exhausted, foggy, bloated, sleeping poorly, or navigating perimenopause and hormone shifts that don’t make sense. I work with midlife women who feel off in their bodies and want real clarity about what’s driving persistent fatigue, brain fog, digestive changes, and blood sugar instability. We take a foundations-first approach, focusing on digestion, metabolism, sleep, and hormone patterns before adding complexity. Together, we build a structured, personalized plan that fits real life so you can feel steady, clear, and like yourself again.

My ideal patients are at a point in their lives where they are ready to make changes and do what it takes to feel well again. Health is a day-in and day-out commitment, YOU have to live in your body 24/7, so why not make it great?! In every consultation, I focus on the determinants of health-- nutrition, hydration, gut health, sleep, stress, sunlight, fresh air-- to build a strong foundation for health to exist.

Hormone Balancing Naturopaths
What is hormone balancing?
Hormone balancing is a general term used by many naturopathic practitioners to describe the process of regulating the body's natural signaling molecules, called hormones. Often those with conditions thought to be related to hormonal imbalance, such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), acne, or general fatigue, seek out hormone balancing treatment as a way to address the root cause of their illness. Hormone balancing is frequently accomplished through the use of specific dietary and activity regimes, such as through the reduction of highly processed foods, an increase in levels of physical activity, and the maintenance of a healthy sleep schedule. However, although less common within the naturopathic community, hormone balancing may also involve medication interventions, such as hormonal birth control or hormone replacement therapy.
