My goal is to empower clients to live well by cultivating a positive and nourishing connection with food, fostering body acceptance, challenging diet culture norms, and understanding the broader societal influences on food and body image.

First taught by my grandmother to help with my father's headaches, I have been doing massage all my life. I pursued it as a career after receiving prenatal massage while pregnant with my daughter. I offer a treatment that is holistic in nature - personally addressing body, mind and spirit - focusing on what the client needs when (s)he comes in. I use an integrated approach to massage seamlessly blending many modalities that I have learned throughout my many years of practice.
