I am a registered dietitian and nutrition therapist specializing in treating eating disorders and disordered eating for all ages. My aim in nutrition counseling is to help others find peace and joy in their relationship with food. So many of us experience shame, confusion, guilt, or discomfort around food and eating. I strive to come alongside my clients to rediscover a way of eating that brings nourishment, connection and clarity.

With 26 years experience, I have a skilled, intuitive sense of touch. My specialties include trigger point massage (NMT), craniosacral therapy, and Bowen Therapy. Most of my clients see me for regular stress management or postural and overuse issues resulting in muscle pain. With respect to pressure I will listen to your tissues and assess what is needed. I accept motor vehicle accident cases and can bill for this directly. I am also a Mayo Clinic Certified Wellness Coach and offer health and wellness coaching sessions.

Dr. Lu was one of the few acupuncturists in the United States who was not only a MD in China, but also had additional eight years specialty training with highest medical degree. Dr. Lu earned his doctoral degree in internal medicine from the Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in China. He also holds bachelor and master degrees in orthopedics and traumatology and worked as orthopedic surgeon and acupuncturist in China. Currently, Dr. Lu is the Chair of AOM at the doctoral studies at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine, instructor and clinical assistant professor at Oregon Health & Science University.
