I'm a Registered Dietitian who practices a non-diet approach and is committed to empowering clients through evidence-based nutrition education. As a former teacher, I am passionate about educating my clients about the intuitive eating framework, empowering them to make the best choices for their health, and helping them overcome barriers to change.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Health Promotion from Simmons University, along with a Certificate of Training in Diabetes from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and am proficient in a wide range of concepts related to nutrition, including intuitive eating principles, Health at Every Size (HAES), health promotion strategies, and MNT.
It is my practice that each session is individualized, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs, and moving away from the one-size-fits-all mentality of modern diet culture. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and passion for a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
