In contrast, a regular massage is limited to approximately half. I have learned that all work is limited if the muscles are short and tight which causes problems. So it's mandatory to lengthen the muscles to get them working properly. I then do a deep neck and back sports massage combining Muscle Release Technique and other modalities.
