The body has an amazing ability to heal itself when given the right touch. I work with the body's own intelligence using techniques that are based on comfort. No painful deep tissue massage! Working through the clothing I can sense where the pain and restrictions are actually coming from, tracing the pain to its source, then releasing that area.
It's very satisfying to see my clients go from moving like an old person to having a new-found spunk. Living in restriction is no fun. Not being able to swing a club or walk normally is ridiculous when simple remedies are at hand. Masking the problem with pain killers is no fun, either.
