I provide a professional, caring touch for stress relief or specific medical ailments from a medical/physical therapy focus. I'm a stretch instructor & can show you stretches & strength moves to do at home. I provide Swedish, chair massage in businesses/schools, lymphatic drainage, geriatric, pregnancy, oncology, fibromyalgia, reflexology massages.
