An assessment of your day-to-day life, habits, movement, nutrition, etc., will help provides us with the information necessary to begin understanding what needs to be addressed during recovery. Based on the findings of your assessment, a practitioner will guide you through setting up a personalized profile for tracking your improvements.
Once your profile is complete, an individually tailored treatment and training schedule will be provided to you, along with a nutritional guide.
