D-HotSpot Treatment is an Alternative method that utilizes physical compression and proper movement patterns to help reduce and potentially eliminate your distress and discomfort. We have created an Anatomical Tracking System (ATS) that visually allows you to view your progress through all of its ups and downs. Whenever you feel discouraged during the recovery process, look back at your ATS profile and see the progress you've made.
An assessment of your day-to-day life, habits, movement, nutrition, and other factors will help us gather the necessary information to begin understanding what needs to be addressed during recovery. Based on the findings of your assessment, our practitioners will guide you through setting up a personalized profile for tracking your improvements.
Once your profile is complete, an individually tailored treatment and training schedule will be provided to you, along with a nutritional guide. Step 1: First, follow the instructions from your doctor. Step 2: Second, visit our website and complete the intake form to schedule a free consultation with one of our practitioners via Zoom or phone.
