I specialize in myofascial release which then usually leads to trigger point and deep tissue work followed by Active Isolated Stretching(AIS). I also use Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT)on a regular basis.I am also a certified Bowenwork Practitioner. Bowenwork is a point specific light touch therapy that enables the body to rebalance itself. I continue to be amazed by power of this method.
