He graduated from the prestigious Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, after which he practiced both Western and Chinese medicine at Beijing Hospital for 12 years, and has recieved excellent training after graduation.

Dr. Lu earned his doctoral degree in internal medicine from the Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in China.
