My specialties: internal medical problems & painful conditions. My goals are to evaluate your situation & provide relief as soon as possible. Sometimes I recommend Chinese herbs. Herbs can shorten healing time.
An important part of healing is relaxing. Each acupuncture treatment is calming. Each treatment releases pain killing chemicals (endorphins) as well as anti-inflammatory chemicals, which reduce pain.
My particular skill is that I don't have to needle the painful area, this avoiding additional trauma and getting quicker results.
For internal issues I do a "balance" method of needling for rapid results.
