Hello, My name is Yoonyoung and I am a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Acupuncture is based on the idea that a patient’s pain or illness is caused by interruption to the flow of Qi (one’s life energy) in the body. Acupuncture identifies the specific points on the body that corresponds to the condition (acupuncture points) and uses special needles to stimulate those points so that the patient can regain the healthy flow of Qi. As a Chinese medicine practitioner, I view any illness in the context of the whole person. My treatment goes beyond the obvious symptom to the root cause of the illness.

Our office provide a unique, alternative approach to holistic healing. We use bio-energy screening tests to detect disorders. We use and teach healing based on the primary holistic schools.

Dr. Wang is a NYS duly licensed acupuncturist who was brought up from a long line of traditional Chinese acupuncturists and herbologists in her family. Dr. Wang experience resonated from her acupuncturist practices both in Kunming, China and the United States. She is experienced in both traditional and neo-modern acupuncture treatment. This combined diagnostic approach allows her to focus on commonly encountered ailments as well as treating modern lifestyle related issues.

I graduated from Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1987. Since then, I spent over 30 years treating people with all sorts of health problems using acupuncture and/or herb medicine. Early in my practice to prevent surgery, I even self-treated an abdominal egg-sized tumor with severe abdominal pain and constipation. The experience further enhanced my desire and confidence in sharing the power and healing potential of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture with all patients in need of healing and improving health.

I am the owner and director of the Bronx Community Wellness Center, a pioneer eastern medicine clinic in the heart of Westchester Square. I also have a private located in Union Square, Manhattan. Although I treat numerous conditions, I tend to specialize in pain management, digestive disorders, emotional issues, and facial rejuvenation. Dr. Ming Jin obtained her Bachelor's, Master's and Doctorate degrees in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China. She is a Licensed Acupuncturist in NY and NJ and is NCCAOM certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine.

Qian Zuo (Annie) is a licensed and board certified acupuncturist who practice acupuncture in New York.Originally from Beijing, China, She received her first Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) degree from Henan TCM School and received her Master's degree in Physiology from University of Montreal. With her solid education background and clinical experience, she has provided her patients a high quality of acupuncture treatment and patient centered care. In order to providing her patients with the most treatment skills available, She has been taking continuing education courses to maintain a high professional level.

Dr. Kim has been infinitely dedicated to helping people for as long as she can remember. As devoted Doctor of Traditional Oriental Medicine with extended experience in weight lose and anti-aging. Christian DiStefano is a board certified acupuncturist in New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island. Special areas of expertise include hormonal balancing, male and female infertility, pain management, sports medicine emotional imbalances, and weight loss.
