Hello, My name is Yoonyoung and I am a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Acupuncture is based on the idea that a patient’s pain or illness is caused by interruption to the flow of Qi (one’s life energy) in the body. Acupuncture identifies the specific points on the body that corresponds to the condition (acupuncture points) and uses special needles to stimulate those points so that the patient can regain the healthy flow of Qi. As a Chinese medicine practitioner, I view any illness in the context of the whole person. My treatment goes beyond the obvious symptom to the root cause of the illness.
I am Board Certified in Reproductive Medicine (ABORM) and hold a certification in Oncology Acupuncture. Additionally, I have completed specialized training in Facial Rejuvenation and Micro-Needling Acupuncture.
I recommend acupuncture treatment if you are suffering from any kinds of pain, anxiety, GI disorders, and so on. Acupuncture can help you to relieve all these symptoms because Chinese Medicine treats the person and not just the surface disease.
