I hold a Doctor Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine , Masters Degree in Acupuncture/ Chinese Medicine and a Bachelor of Health Science. I am a Diplomat of Acupuncture which is a Certified Diplomat by NCCAOM ( National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine ). Additionally, I am a NYS Licensed Acupuncturist and NCCAOM board certified acupuncturist as well as a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist. I utilize not only TCM (Traditional Chinese Acupuncture), but also Japanese acupuncture and Acupuncture Physical Medicine (APM) to address many needs.

Alex Leyberman graduated from the Oriental Medicine Program of Touro College. Touro is a comprehensive 5 year clinical master's program that stands as the only fully-accredited Graduate Oriental Medicine Program in the state of New York. He gained valuable experience at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, where he interned in the Labor & Delivery, Oncology, and Rehabilitation departments. At Lincoln Hospital, Alex worked exclusively at the Recovery Center with drug addicts fighting addiction and became NADA trained in the use of acupuncture in substance abuse.
Currently Alex is working alongside a Medical Doctor treating adults with various medical conditions.
