My clients tend to prefer a wholistic approach to their health, often having already tried more traditional types of medical care without much success. They also want a more effective, long-lasting solution to their wellness concerns, instead of a temporary 'band-aid.' Whether they see me for chronic conditions (like pain management, fibromyalgia, or tennis elbow, etc.), or for preventative maintenance to maintain optimal wellness, my clients receive customized and individualized service. I hope to not only educate my clients about how their bodies operate, but also to empower them to take an active role in their own health care.
I am a Licensed Acupuncturist and Massage Therapist in NY State, specializing in Myofascial Release (John F. Barnes Approach).
I recognize that each client is unique, with a unique set of symptoms and physical manifestations of their experience. Employing a variety of techniques, including postural assessment, range of movement testing, soft-tissue manipulation, and self-care recommendation, I always utilize a whole-body approach to acheive optimal results.
