Dr.Frank Zhao is an Acupuncture expert who has been practicing for over 40 years. He graduated from Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and obtained his MD in TCM in 1984. He obtained his MD & Ph.D. in Neurology and Neurologic Science from Tokyo Medical and Dental University. He was the director of the Acupuncture Dept. in China, a Research Fellow in the field of Herb and Acupuncture at Harvard Medical School. He is Vice Chairman of the World Manipulative Medical Association, Professor of New York College of Health Professions, Board Member of United Alliance of NYS Licensed Acupuncturists.

Alex Leyberman graduated from the Oriental Medicine Program of Touro College. Touro is a comprehensive 5 year clinical master's program that stands as the only fully-accredited Graduate Oriental Medicine Program in the state of New York. He gained valuable experience at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, where he interned in the Labor & Delivery, Oncology, and Rehabilitation departments. At Lincoln Hospital, Alex worked exclusively at the Recovery Center with drug addicts fighting addiction and became NADA trained in the use of acupuncture in substance abuse. Currently Alex is working alongside a Medical Doctor treating adults with various medical conditions.

I graduated as a medical doctor from Harbin Medical University of China with extensive training in Clinical Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that specialized in Acupuncture and Gynecology. I have more than 30 years of hands-on experience in treating male and female patients for a number of issues (including those listed below). My treatments, that combine acupuncture with TCM, help to relieve patients' symptoms and restore their health and energy. With the combination of my expertise and knowledge in Acupuncture and Gynecology, I have also successfully treated patients with gynecological/genito-urinary disorders such as hormonal imbalances, infertility, and menopause.

While practicing as a physician at the municipal hospital in Shanghai, Dr. Wu was selected to work in many foreign countries based on his distinguished performance. Using Kiiko Matsumoto Style Japanese Acupuncture and Japanese Meridian Therapy, I will work to bring you into a full recovery as efficiently and effectively as possible. This style of acupuncture utilizes a highly systematic method of palpation to gain diagnostic information thru touch. Using thinner needles, extremely gentle needle techniques and moxa, close attention is paid to precise location of acupuncture points and patient feedback is critical in guiding the treatment. Sessions will not be rushed and every effort will be made to assure you feel comfortable. I treat one patient at a time. Sessions are 90 minutes +.
