My diverse training emphasizing acupuncture and encompassing other modalities, allows me to asses your needs and symptoms and create individualized treatments by combining my knowledge of nutrition, mental health, Chinese Medicine, and Somatic Movement Therapy. I remain a student and am continuously learning new ways for people to achieve self-mastery through healthy sustainable habits. I began my career in the mental health field as a health educator, where I worked for 17 years. In 1993 I received a breast cancer diagnosis and became interested in complementary modalities, including how to use food to heal myself and others.
