He is a nationally certified (NCCAOM) acupuncturist and holds a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology from the Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Prior to coming to the US, he studied at the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in China and practiced at the Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China. Before he moved to Naples, Dr. Chang was the practicing acupuncturist with the Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and OSF Healthcare Neurological Institute in Peoria, Illinois.

Randel B Wing, L.Ac., DOM, NMD, is a graduate of the University of Wyoming, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. He is a graduate of the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, an 1800-hour intensive course in acupuncture and Chinese Herbology. Additional acupuncture training includes 720 hours at the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Harbin, China, where he attained his Doctor of Oriental Medicine (DOM).
