My approach is integrative. By applying acupuncture, Eastern Medicine, targeted nutrition and supplementation, with therapeutic exercise clients are empowered to resolve the symptoms of their chief complaint and improve their overall health.
My approach is informed by my own healing process. Debilitating back injuries as well as struggles with negative moods led me to learn meditation, Qi Gong, Yoga, and Chinese Medicine. These first hand experiences with the process of healing guide the approach I take with my clients.
