Welcome! I'm often called the Sleep Doc, which often means addressing anxiety, stress, pain and unwanted cravings without the use of meds. A NY State licensed Acupuncturist, herbalist and classical hypnotherapist, I integrate those and other somatic modalities to help you make quantifiable shifts,. My top-selling Amazon book, Rewired for Sleep: the 28-Day Insomnia Program is meant to serve as a template for body and mind, and the feedback has been generous. I accept most insurance, and that helps my patients. I also do consultations, time permitting. Located Mid-town NYC.

Early on , I saw how people struggling with emotional issues were offered one option: meds. The integrative modality I use treats Insomnia, pain, anxiety, digestive issues and Stress. If insurance does not pay for treatment, we typically charge $175 for the first acupuncture session; and $150 thereafter. Hypnosis is closer to $250/225. Hormonal Balancing is $150 not including medicinals.
