Touro is a comprehensive 5 year clinical master's program that stands as the only fully-accredited Graduate Oriental Medicine Program in the state of New York. He graduated from Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1984 and served as Physician, Attending Physician, and Director of the Acupuncture Department at Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People’s Hospital for 11 years.
