Hi! I’m Farah and I’m a Registered Dietitian (RD) and a Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN) based in New York City. I have a Masters in Food & Nutrition, and a Masters in Fine Art! I'm a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) and the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN), and I work with clients on variety of health issues including weight management, sports nutrition, diabetes and more. Tanisha Bandoo is a registered dietitian nutritionist licensed in New York, Connecticut, and Florida. She has worked with a diverse patient population, including adolescents and adults in residential, IOP/PHP, and outpatient levels. At these facilities, she led cooking and nutrition education groups, provided meal support, and developed comprehensive nutritional meal plans. She has experience with ARFID, bulimia nervosa, anorexia nervosa, BED, and other nutritional medical conditions.

She holds two doctorates, a PhD from Adelphi University and a DrNP from Columbia University. She is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing. She has been on the faculty of Columbia University for over 16 years and former Helen F. Pettit Endowed Professor. She is currently the Independence Foundation Professor at New York University. She was appointed and served on the Advisory Board for the Institute of Medicine's (IOM) report on The Use of CAM by the American Public.

Estee Glikman RDN, CDN, RYT 200 (she/her) is a non-diet registered dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and yoga teacher. Estee’s nutrition and yoga philosophy is rooted in love and acceptance and is largely focused on gently empowering both children and adults to make nourishing choices for their bodies (with food and movement). Estee graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Queens College and then completed her Dietetic Internship at Lehman College in the Bronx, NY.
