Estee Glikman RDN, CDN, RYT 200 (she/her) is a non-diet registered dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and yoga teacher. Estee’s nutrition and yoga philosophy is rooted in love and acceptance and is largely focused on gently empowering both children and adults to make nourishing choices for their bodies (with food and movement). Estee graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Queens College and then completed her Dietetic Internship at Lehman College in the Bronx, NY.
Prior to MHRS, Estee has worked with a variety of demographics, including children, adolescents, adults and older adults. Estee is also well versed in addiction, mental health challenged and ADHD and learning challenges. She presented on Feeding LD and ADHD Learners at the Learning Disability Association Annual Conference in Atlanta, GA in February 2018.
Estee completed her yoga teacher training certification in Bali and she loves working mindfulness and breathing into her sessions. She is passionate and commited to bringing healing to all those struggling with food and body.
